Marquise is originally from Philadelphia, PA but graduated high school in Cherry Hill, NJ. He played football in his grade school years and was also a captain of a social club in high school. He has learned to think more solution oriented and positive, and learned how to actually structure out his goals so that they are measureable and attainable. His long term goals are to open up a family business with his older brothers. Start an indie record label company and retire his mother. These goals are motivating factors for Marquis’s. A fun fact about him is that he knows how to DJ. Marquise was in the construction field and was looking for a change of career when he came walking through our doors. He’s known for his sense of humor, his honest feedback and being a shoulder to lean on for his fellow teammates.

Max is Originally from Central Florida raised in a full house of 6 brothers, 5 cats, and some chickens. Max is very Family and Team oriented and aims to treat others like family. Max joined our team in August 2023 in Rochester NY after graduating Highschool as Valedictorian. Max currently is top in the United States for Customer Satisfaction and Service, Max is also a top trainer and leader. Max enjoys trying new recipes, spending time with family or going to concerts.

Jen is a Hollywood native and graduate from Vanguard University in Costa Mesa, CA with her degree in Business Administration! She is ambitious and hardworking! Jen has been the backbone of our office organizing our lives to make everyday a success at Battle! When she's not working she loves to spend time with her dogs, friends and travel quite often! She has a big adventurous spirit that leads her to travel anywhere from Oregon to Missouri! One big goal for Jen is to be able to work hard enough to be able to take care of her dad.
